Since 1987, GMc+Company Advertising, Inc. has been producing creative marketing, advertising, and community relations strategies for local, state, and national clients like Entergy, Louisiana Office of Tourism, New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau, Morial Convention Center, Louisiana Department of Agriculture, Barq's, and General Mills.

In 2005, the agency was the successful bidder to conduct the advertising campaign for a precursor to the Energy Smart initiative, the New Orleans Energy Efficiency Program (NOEEP). GMc+Company is a Minority Women Owned Business Enterprise and a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), the industry's most prestigious national trade association.
