Leading the Energy Works Collaborative is ILSI Engineering, Inc., a New Orleans-based civil engineering firm that provides professional engineering services to a variety of public and private sector entities. The company has performed many multi-year, multi-million-dollar public sector contracts including program management for the Southeast Louisiana Flood Control Program, capital improvement program management for the Louis Armstrong International Airport, construction management for the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena improvements, and many others.
A Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise, ILSI Engineering was named Small Disadvantaged Business of the Year for Excellence in Government Contracting in 2005 and DBE of the Year for New Orleans in 2006 by the Small Business Administration’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center and the Department of Defense.
